This Privacy Policy describes how CallSlayer, Inc. ("CallSlayer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the CallSlayer platform, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and governed by the CallSlayer Terms of Service.
CallSlayer is a communications- and evidence-management platform designed to help users organize, analyze, and document inbound calls, messages, and related activity. CallSlayer is not a telecommunications carrier and does not provide legal advice.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services, through communications with CallSlayer, and in connection with account creation, subscriptions, and support.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the Services, and information received from third-party service providers that help deliver the Services.
You may provide account information (such as name, email address, and login credentials), billing and payment information (processed by third-party payment processors), support communications and correspondence, uploaded content and evidence (including call logs, audio files, voicemails, transcripts, screenshots, notes, and carrier responses), and phone numbers or other identifiers you choose to associate with your account.
You represent that you have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to provide any information you upload or submit.
When you use communications-related features, the Services may collect or receive metadata such as calling or messaging timestamps, direction of communications (inbound/outbound), duration and routing information, carrier or provider identifiers, and delivery or status indicators.
CallSlayer does not control or guarantee the completeness or accuracy of metadata received from third-party providers.
We may automatically collect device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, log files and diagnostic data, usage activity within the Services, and cookies or similar technologies. This information is used for security, analytics, performance optimization, and fraud prevention.
We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; authenticate users and secure accounts; process transactions and subscriptions; enable communications-related features; organize, store, and display user-submitted evidence; improve and develop new features; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or misuse; and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
If you opt in, CallSlayer may send you non-marketing SMS messages related to your account and use of the Services (for example, account alerts or notifications). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@callslayer.com.
CallSlayer does not sell personal information, including phone numbers.
We may share information with service providers and vendors who support our operations; with telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, or platform partners as required to deliver Services; with regulators, law enforcement, or traceback organizations when legally required or requested; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not share information for third-party marketing purposes. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or other SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We retain information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may delete certain information through your account or by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where applicable. Requests may be submitted to hello@callslayer.com.
Recording, consent, and user responsibilities: You are solely responsible for complying with applicable recording, consent, and privacy laws when collecting or uploading communications data. CallSlayer does not determine whether recording or use of communications is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Children’s privacy: The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users: If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
